IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Tourists, including children over 5 years, where applicable, visiting the country’s National Parks will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours.
A PCR COVID-19 test is required for all visitors wishing to see the Primates at the Volcanoes, Nyungwe and Gishwati Mukura National Parks and a Rapid test for all other products.

I Accept Indemnity Agreement

This service is available to the Tourists who were unable to visit the places due to unforeseen circumstances. Tourists or travel agents can apply for re-scheduling their expired permit. They need to attach a documentary evidence of the unexpected situation that led them to miss the visit date. The decision to grant a renewal is solely left to the discretion of the Rwanda Development Board.

Note: The Tourists or travel agents caanot appeal in case reasons for expiry of permit are deemed invalid.
